The contents run to several pages and are self explanatory. They clearly enumerate sllabus items, and the book deals with them exhaustively. The book helps learners identify the nuances of the English language with the traditional aspects.  Non-verbal communication has been given special focus. Learners get a look-in at ‘advertisements’. The book stresses E-mail etiquette. Learners get an idea of how to write ‘proposals’.
